Project Brief
With rooftop penthouses directly overlooking the beach, Beach Suites is one of Byron Bay’s top luxury boutique holiday apartment brands who enjoys a leadership position within its competitor set. It needed a new visual brand update with elevated new website, email newsletters and social media to showcase its luxury offerings and drive direct booking conversions.

We devised and implemented a new brand growth strategy to reach the luxury penthouse market. This included strategic branding with new visual identity, website, social media and marketing collateral. We redefined the point of difference, crafted the brand story, and designed new visual identity and social media, devised a SEO content strategy and built a new guest-centric website.

An elevated brand experience with aspirational visual storytelling that engages guests and prompts direct booking conversions. An upgraded website with improved user experience (UX), signature imagery and SEO copy, including an organic website traffic strategy. We upgraded Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest to attract and engage new and existing followers, and grow reach, engagement and booking conversions.
